Structured support to combat the national pupil attendance challenge.

Here at Etio we are committed to elevating education, everywhere and we are delighted to be working on behalf of the Department for Education in delivering the crucial national Attendance Mentoring programme in response to a national pupil attendance challenge. 

Persistent and severe absence from school is having a huge impact on the education and life outcomes of young people across the UK. Absence rates are too high, and we want to provide structured support to get young people back into the classroom.  

It is our mission is to provide mentorship support to persistently absent secondary school students across 10 specific areas across England.

Available AMPE Roles

We are currently seeking 62 individuals passionate about supporting young people, through mentorship, to achieve better attendance outcomes. 

UK

Area Managers

Area Managers will lead teams of c5 Attendance Mentors based across several secondary schools in region to deliver exceptional mentoring, operational rigour and ultimately securing better attendance outcomes. Home based with regular travel.

Salary: Up to £37,000

UK

Attendance Mentors

Mentors are at the heart of the program. Mentoring and developing action plans to support a caseload of severely or persistently absent pupils back into the classroom. Mentors must be based within a commutable distance from a participating school.

Salary: Up to £26,400

UK

Regional Project Director

Leading regional teams of 5 Area Managers to secure successful programmatic delivery. Ensuring that the program remains on time, within budget and in alignment with the delivery strategy. Homebased with extensive regional travel.

Salary: Up to £60,000
